Trained in the UK, Rosie took her undergraduate degree in music at Cambridge, gaining an MA in Music before continuing her study of cello at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Following this year she went on to the Royal Northern College of Music where she gained her teaching qualification (PGCE in Specialist Strings) alongside professional playing.
