Brian Baritone

He is a specialist in the Italian repertoire, and has sung over 60 leading roles. Before immersing himself in opera, Brian was active in Seattle, USA in the local musical and summer stock community, appearing in several musicals. He also broadened his performance understanding by playing violin in Broadway musical orchestras, studying makeup and wigs, stage management, lighting and set construction. He also has played viola, percussion, guitar, organ and piano in performance.

Brian has given Master classes at Xinhai Conservatory in Guangzhou, Beijing Normal University, Shanghai Conservatory, and several Universities in the United States. He speaks 5 Western languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian, and is learning Mandarin Chinese. He has sung in over 80 operas, over 60 lead roles. He has also concertized a great deal the past few years with the HK Philharmonic, HK Sinfonietta, Bach Choir, Oratorio Society.
